Applications in Document Format (NEW)

We are transitioning to a document-based application format. If you would like to begin with this new format, please download the documents below. The application guide will take you through the application and the submission process.

Current Provisional Members of NZCCA who are wanting to apply for Full Membership will need to use the Upgrade from NZCCA Provisional to Full Membership application form. This is currently being created and will be available in early February.

Full Members of another NZ professional body will need to use the Full Membership Application form and tick the 'Full Membership (via Full Membership of another NZ professional body)' box on the form.
