Full Membership Application Pathway (from another NZ professional counselling body)

This pathway is for Full Members of Another NZ Professional Counselling Body e.g. NZAC, to apply for Full Membership with NZCCA. This pathway has a simplified application form compared to our normal Full Membership Application. 

Steps to NZCCA Membership via this pathway:

1. Check your eligibility to apply under this pathway
   • Be a current Full Member of another professional counselling body in NZ
   • Meet our requirements to be eligible to apply for Full Membership
2. If you meet the requirements, you will need to have a login to our website to start or view the application form, Full Membership Application Form (for Full Members of Another NZ Professional Counselling Body) ($90 application fee)
3. Attend an interview (either via Zoom or in person at a suitable date and time, $320 interview fee)
4. If your application is approved, the annual Membership Fee is $450 (pro-rated for your first year)

For those with current Provisional Membership with an alternative agency, who believe they meet the criteria for Full Membership of NZCCA, will need to complete the Full Membership application form as outlined here.
